At Stealen, every piece is carefully inspected before it reaches you. We are committed to delivering premium quality and ensuring you have a seamless shopping experience.

If you receive a product that doesn’t fit as expected or arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions.

Eligible for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

• You have received the wrong size.
• You have received a damaged or defective product.
• You have received an incorrect item.

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of the delivery date.

Size Exchange Policy

Bottom Wear: We offer a complimentary first size exchange on all eligible bottom wear, subject to stock availability. Stealen will bear the shipping cost for the first approved size exchange.

Top Wear: We also offer size exchanges on top wear within 3 days of delivery. For top wear, applicable reverse shipping and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Our support team will communicate the applicable shipping charges before initiating the exchange.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear images of the product. Upon verification:

• We will replace the product at no additional cost.
• If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue Stealen Store Credit equivalent to the purchase value.

Stealen will bear all shipping charges for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused and unwashed.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup stains, alterations, or any signs of use.

Stealen reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.

Store Credit

If the requested size or product is unavailable, you will receive Stealen Store Credit for the value of the product. Store Credit:

• Can be redeemed on future purchases.
• Is non-transferable.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Will be issued after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.

Refund Policy

At present, Stealen does not offer refunds once an order has been delivered. Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:

• The order is cancelled before dispatch.
• The order cannot be fulfilled by Stealen.
• Any other situation where a refund is required under applicable law.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

1. Email us at shop@stealen.com within 3 days of delivery.
2. Mention your Order Number, Registered Name, Contact Number, and Reason for Exchange.
3. Attach clear photographs if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.

Important Notes

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Only one exchange is permitted per order.
• Complimentary shipping on orders above ₹999 does not automatically include free exchange shipping unless specifically mentioned in this policy.
• Products purchased during special promotional campaigns may be subject to different exchange terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
